Speaking of Oats…
Rules for SOO… sessions
Participants must register in advance to receive Zoom invitations. Registration for individual Speaking of Oats… sessions will be announced via email and the Oat Newsletter approximately 3 weeks ahead of scheduled sessions.
Upon entering the Zoom session, please mute yourself if needed. Speaking of Oats… sessions will be moderated and moderators will provide additional instructions at the start of each session.
Speaking of Oats… sessions will be recorded and made publicly available afterward. Your registration for a Speaking of Oats… session indicates that you understand and accept that your participation in the series, potentially including your image, voice, or written comments, may become public.
Each Speaking of Oats… session will include opportunities for community engagement and audience participation such as discussion, asking questions, or making comments. The moderator will explain the format for each session at the start of the program.
Recorded Speaking of Oats… sessions will be available on YouTube and through dedicated webpages on the Oat Newsletter and Oat Global websites.
